Hajj 2027 ke do routes — HCI (government) aur HGO (private). Dono ka step-by-step process, documents aur dates yahaan hain.

Process — Dono Routes

🏛️ HCI Route (5 steps)

  1. Online registration — hajcommittee.gov.in / Haj Suvidha App (documents upload)
  2. Medical screening — government doctor se fitness certificate
  3. Qurrah — computerized random selection, last week of July 2026 mein expected (result: SMS + app + website)
  4. Selected pilgrims — advance payment ₹1,52,300 (₹1,50,000 advance + ₹2,000 misc. dues + ₹300 processing fee) 10 August 2026 tak jama karein — banking channel only (no cash), koi extension nahi milega
  5. Selected? → documents submit + balance payment — ₹1,25,000 pehla installment (first waitlist release ke saath), baaki tentatively 31 Dec 2026 tak

🏢 HGO Route (4 steps)

  1. Verified HGO choose karo — city + budget + category (A–D)
  2. Package compare + book — hotel distance, shifting/non-shifting, tripartite agreement
  3. Documents submit — banking channel payment only
  4. Saudi visa process — HGO generates BRN → Nusuk Card on arrival

Zaroori Documents

  • Valid Indian passport (machine-readable, 31.12.2027 tak valid)
  • Passport-size photo (white background)
  • Meningitis (ACWY) vaccination certificate
  • Oral polio vaccine certificate
  • Medical fitness certificate
  • Bank account details

🏛️ HCI specific

  • Solemn Declaration form
  • Address proof (if different from passport)
  • Cancelled cheque / passbook copy
  • Cover number (after application)

🏢 HGO specific

  • Signed tripartite agreement
  • Advance payment proof
  • HGO confirmation letter

📌 Fresh passport bana rahe hain? Surname/Last Name field khaali mat chhodein — HCI circular ke hisaab se ye zaroori hai, warna application reject ho sakta hai. Requirements year-to-year change ho sakte hain — apply karne se pehle official website par confirm karein.

Exception: Death, Iddat, grave medical emergency (govt-certified), ya travel-unfit pregnancy ke cases mein — event ke 10 din ke andar report karein to sirf ₹2,300 deduct hota hai; 10 din ke baad report karne par ₹10,000 deduct hota hai. Yehi chhoot ek accompanying companion/Mehram/immediate family member par bhi lagu hoti hai agar unki cancellation sirf isi wajah se ho. Waiting-list se select hue pilgrims ko bhi selection ki date se 10 din ka grace period milta hai penalty lagu hone se pehle. Agar advance payment mein select nahi hue to pura refund milta hai.
